Recruitment Consultant - Senior Hires

FIND are a recruitment business that services the Human Capital market. We recruit in L&D, Education, Technology Training, Employability and Professional Services. That stuff isn’t too important, but hey, in case you’re interested!

We’re three years old with big plans to scale over the next 12 months. We have 13 colleagues at the moment and an ambition to have a squad of 16 by the end of 2025.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be working in our Senior Hires division, which is led by one of the Co-Founders. This team recruits across all our divisions, placing Middle & Senior Talent across a variety of roles & businesses.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruiter to come into a very warm desk & work with the Director of Senior Hires who has 15 years’ experience in this market.

  • Sales experience - you’ll have some experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Relentless focus - you don’t give up when it becomes difficult.

  • People obsessed - you’ll love talking to people & learning about people.
  • You’ll have high self-awareness; you’ll know what you are good at and where you struggle.
  • Emotional intelligence & empathy - being kind, compassionate & caring is a good thing.
  • You will be commercial - understanding of B2B transactions would be advantageous.
