Specialising in Energy and Utilities, you’ll be joining a professional and friendly team in a unique "dual recruitment role". 50% of your time will be spent in a 360 role, bringing in new business and filling your own vacancies and the other 50% will be account managing and resourcing on their largest client accounts.

The ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate will have 360 recruitment experience. Energy and utilities experience would be great, but any industry is fine as long as you have a solid and proven background in recruitment.
We will also consider an experienced resourcer, who would like to be trained on business development to be a 360 consultant.
You must be a strong team player and adaptable to business needs and changes.
The role & responsibilities
- Business development within the energy and utilities sector.
- Sourcing candidates via Linkedin CVLibrary and Indeed
- Resourcing and Account Managing 2 large accounts
- Managing the full candidate cycle from sourcing to placement
- Client management and updates
- Pipeline updates to management
