What You'll Do
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Interviewing & Screening: Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
- Placement & Support: Match candidates with exciting opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support.
- Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide expert insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success in recruitment with strong client and candidate management skills.

What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: Up to £33K basic + commission + bonus.
