CMA Recruitment Group are supporting a global market leading business in Hampshire to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring they attract top-tier talent that aligns with the values and strategic goals of the business.  Working closely with hiring managers and HR teams, this role will lead recruitment initiatives, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, with a focus on roles across operations, supply chain, and logistics management.What will the Talent Acquisition Specialist role involve?

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for a variety of logistics and supply chain roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using a blend of innovative and traditional methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential candidates for future roles.
  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.

Suitable Candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist vacancy:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
