Bar Manager -- Stylish Bar - Portsmouth - Up to £38/40k

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-known and highly respected hotel. It's a very busy venue—when the sun comes out, every area of the hotel is bustling. The hotel also has a stunning outdoor space with approximately 120 covers. You would oversee four bars, making this a fast-paced, hands-on role.

The client is dedicated to delivering service at the highest standard, always going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. If you want to work in a dynamic environment, add value, and be recognised, this could be the role for you. You will be in charge of all drinks-related operations and report to the General Manager.

All produce is fresh and sourced as locally as possible, this really is a company to grow with and cement your career as a manager in hospitality.

The Ideal Bar Manager ….

• Will have 2 Years Manager experience with emphasis on wet sales
• A very hands on enthusiastic approach
• Experience in a bar venue is needed for this role
• Loves to be part of an expanding team
• Experience in creating cocktail and bar lists
