Our client is a well-established engineering company that has a fantastic reputation in industry. They have an immediate requirement for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
The Role
Assessing incoming customer leads, liaising directly with customers to understand their requirements and process through the CRM system
Assisting and supporting the Projects & Sales Team members
Collaborating with Key Account Managers to gather necessary details for quotations
Reviewing and responding to daily general enquiries via email and phone calls
Document control of client project packs
The Candidate
Strong administration experience
Previous experience in either processing order, providing quotations or sales support
Strong communication skills
Previous experience communicating with customers / clients through email and telephone
IT literate and has used a CRM system
The Package
Offering up to 28,000 per annum.
