Role: Finance Ledger Assistant - Treasury

Location:  Whiteley

Competitive Salary: £24,000-£24,500 per annum

Fantastic Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00 

The task at hand: We're looking for a Finance Ledger Assistant (Treasury) to assist the ledger teams with the daily administration of receipts and payments.

You'll be great in this role if: 

- You have great planning and organisational skills.- You have good communication skills (both written and verbal).- You are able to work as part of a busy team.- You have great problem-solving skills.- You are able to manage and prioritise workload.- You have outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.- You have excellent Excel skills and the ability to work with multiple systems, including Sage X3.

What you’ll be busy doing: 

- Provide support for bank reconciliation for all bank accounts, ensuring the bank is fully reconciled at the end of the month as part of the month end closure.- Reconciling Opayo, Corporate cards, cheques as necessary preparing and uploading journals.- Posting of bank receipts to the sales ledger and matching to customers invoices (high volume).- Assist in exporting bank statements.- Assisting with invoice uploads and creation of ad hoc manual invoices.- Ensuring correct and accurate information on customer accounts is maintained.
