Position: Mobilisation Manager
Rate: 27 per hour Inside IR35
Location: Fareham
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- You'll lead the seamless setup and handover of new projects and contracts.
- Ensuring successful project initiation, minimising disruption, and maximising efficiency from day one.
- Develop comprehensive mobilisation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Lead the execution of mobilisation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and deadlines.
- Develop and implement transition plans to facilitate the smooth handover of projects from the mobilisation phase to operational teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the transition process, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Manage client expectations throughout the transition process.
- Identify and assess potential risks and issues associated with mobilisation and transition activities.
Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mobilisation and transition management, preferably within the Water sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
