I am recruiting on behalf of a medium sized independently owned housing developer based within in Hampshire. Staff retention is at its best and reputation is very strong. They have an incredibly healthy land bank and have secured 5 new sites that will be starting across 2024. Now is the time to join them, as they continue to be a success in a tough market. They now require a permanent customer care coordinator to join the team.

You will be employed as a customer care coordinator, permanent role, based in Whiteley, Hampshire. Your hours will be Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. Salary is negotiable DOE ranging between 24k-26k p/a + 21 days holidays + bank holidays on top of this entitlement. Your day to day duties will include: respond to customer support messages, respond to complaints, accurately log and record interactions with customers, oversee the customer handover process, support in management of the customer care operatives, answer and handle telephone queries, respond to emails, book in defect repairs with customer and the sub-contractors, write and send out letters and provide excellent customer service at all times in keeping with the company reputation and image.

You must have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the new build housing sector of construction. You must have prior experience in handling complaints, customer contact and display excellent communication and organisational skills. You must have great attention to detail, build strong working relationships and have the ability to problem solve.
