• Rate: £450-500 per day  
• 6 month contract with view for extensions

VIQU have partnered with a global e-commerce and retail brand to find a Senior Software engineer skilled in PHP, Laravel, TypeScript and Node with AWS Lambda.

You will work alongside an agile team of skilled developers delivering on various inhouse products as well as features and functionalities of their ecommerce platform.

Your role will encompass the full SDLC from initial solution, development, code reviews, documentation, go live and troubleshooting.

Experience Required for the Senior Software Engineer:

-          7 years + PHP development experience with Laravel

-          4 years Experience in Node and TypeScript

-          3-5 years experience in AWS Lambda

-          Experience in SQL and MariaDB or similar

-          GIT

-          TDD / Unit Testing

-          JIRA

-          Ecommerce platform experience is highly beneficial (or similar industries)

-          Excellent communication skills
