Learning Support Assistant - FarehamAcademics are recruiting on behalf of a special school in the Fareham area which caters for pupils aged between 3 and 11 who have a wide range of moderate or severe learning difficulties. Many pupils have additional or associated difficulties such as autism, speech and language difficulties and social and emotional needs and all have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school is rated 'Good' in their latest OFSTED report.

They are looking for an LSA to work Monday-Friday during term-time. Working hours are 8.45am - 3.15pm. You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. Due to the nature of the pupils needs, this may include personal care and feeding duties.

Having worked in an SEN school or care environment in the past would be an advantage.
