Our manufacturing client is looking for a shipping coordinator to work within their busy shipping and customer service team.
The ideal candidate will be required to work closely with the packing / stores and logistics team and will be carrying out the following duties:
Export Shipping and liaising with freight companies
Ensuring deliver times are met
Dealing with customers
Working closely with production and stores teams
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and a professional attitude to work
Knowledge of export shipping (and documentation) would be advantageous but not essential. Our client is willing to consider candidates from a shipping, export, logistics or customer service background.
Salary:
12.82p/h
(25k perm equivalent)
Hours:
Monday - Friday
08:00am-16:00pm
30 minute lunch break
This is a 3 month temp to perm opportunity with an excellent local employer.
