- A confident person with mechanical engineering / HVAC education or experience open to learning and developing their technical sales career.
- OR Someone who comes from a broader sales or business development background that would be interested in developing the “technical advisory” skills.
- Someone commutable to Fareham daily.
- With new commercial mechanical Systems being released to the market soon, they are looking for more sales engineering heads to support the growth.
- The company do have experience in training Application / Sales Engineers from the ground up (2 people in particular last year) and there is progression available.
- The job will include; Meeting with potential engineering clients, gathering their bespoke engineering spec requirements, selling the company and why they should you should be the chosen supplier and then working with the design team to bring this spec to life, getting quotes for works, and finally presenting the finalised pitch and closing sales.
- The services and products you’ll be selling include their UK manufactured and bespoke products.
- Starting salaries from £28K to £35K depending on experience
