An independent and innovative multidisciplinary consultancy, is looking to expand their team of Transport Planners with a Graduate Transport Planner in their Fareham office, to start in August.

This consultancy supports planning applications for new developments, helping to bring new developments to life. As part of their team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of transportation.

As a Graduate Transport Planner you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced and talented professionals, including Transport Planners, Highway and Civil Engineers, and Structural Engineers. Their Graduate Development Programme is structured to ensure you achieve your very best and offers endless opportunities for growth.

You'll have the chance to work on a wide range of diverse and challenging projects for renowned clients. Their working environment is one that encourages learning, supports creativity and rewards dedication. You'll work across teams, disciplines, and regions, broadening your learning opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Educated to Degree or HND level preferably in Geography, Travel Planning or Civil Engineering
  • An interest in development planning, the built environment, transport and sustainability
  • Excellent communication
  • Team working and well developed interpersonal skills
  • Good customer/client facing experience
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Report writing
  • Desire to work in a small/medium enterprise environment with regular exposure to clients
  • Microsoft Office competency (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • A 'can-do' attitude in all work situations
