Shipping Administrator

We are recruiting for a Shipping Administrator to assist our client with generating invoices and inputting data into the system.

Role: Shipping Administrator

Job Type: Full time - Temp to Perm

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with other departments to provide updates and report and issues
  • Liaise with customers to ensure requirements and booking are being fulfilled
  • Working in line with shipping regulations
  • Assisting other teams in preparing necessary documents
  • Working with outside delivery companies to ensure collections/deliveries are made

Requirements:

  • Knowledge Microsoft packages & excellent IT skills
  • Previous experience within Shipping
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and in accordance to relevant legislations
