KM Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Electrical Engineering Tutor/Trainer for a full-time, permanent position in South Hampshire.
The salary for this role ranges from £35,800 to £37,900, depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package including holiday entitlement and pension.
Candidates must possess a Level 3 certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and have at least 5 years of occupational experience in the field.
The position requires individuals to be confident in delivering group training and to work towards a Level 4 Teaching Qualification, with full training provided.
Duties include delivering engaging training, maintaining learner documentation, assessing work, and providing support to learners.

Candidates must hold a Level 3 certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Must have strong competency in IT Hardware and Software
Must hold a minimum of 5 years occupational experience within Electrical / or Electronic Engineering.
Hold OR be willing to work towards a Level 4 Teaching Qualification.
Confident to deliver classroom based / group training (full training and resources provided)

Duties:Unqualified Tutors will undergo training and support to complete a Level 4 Teaching Qualification and become a fully-fledged Trainer.

Deliver engaging classroom / workshop based training in Electrical or Electronic Principles in accordance with the Engineering training plan.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Mark and assess learners work and provide feedback on performance.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
