Our client who is one of the leading companies are currently looking to employ a Plumber on a Temporary to Permanent basis on a static site based in Titchfield to predominantly provide commercial maintenance and reactive works.
Hours Of Work
- Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 15:30 & 09:30 - 18:00
Responsibilities
- Required to carry out all types of pluming maintenance and repairs works as required across a large office environment
- To complete high quality repair and maintenance works and deliver high levels of customer service daily
- Ensure contractual services are delivered in such a way that it is possible to achieve agreed SLA's and quality targets..
- Take Part in a 1 in 3 call out rota with a stand by fee
Requirements
- Fully qualified and experienced Plumber. (NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Minimum)
- Building/Housing Maintenance Experience
- Valid DBS (or able to pass DBS check)
- UK residency of 3 years or more necessary
- Full UK Driving License
