Based near to Fareham on a permanentbasis, working 38 hours a week paying up to £29,640 (£15 per hour once fully competent, starting from circa £12.30 an hour). Working hours for this position will typically be 7am to 4pm Mon-Thu - with a 7am to 11am day on Friday - 38 hours a week.

As a Spot Welder Assembler, you will:

  • Perform micro-precision welding on small to medium stainless steel components, crafting high-quality products.
  • Use both hand tools and guillotines for the accurate cutting of mesh, achieving straight seams with proficiency.
  • Read and interpret measuring equipment, drawings, and job instructions with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Operate microscopes and monitor screens for intricate close-up work, ensuring each piece meets rigorous production targets and quality standards.
  • Exhibit flexibility by assisting in other departments, such as dispatch, maintaining the fluid operation of the production line.
