Henry Martin Group are partneredwith an establishedmain contractor within the construction industry who are seeking an experienced Design Manager with strong residential project experience. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients.Project values range between 30Mil - 120m+
You will be leading the Design Management of a 50m new build residential project. The project is due to start on site and you will manage it through construction to handover. You will report to a Senior Design Manager.
As the Senior Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process from RIBA stage 4 onwards, ensuring all Design information is in accordance to regulations and client specification.
Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful 70Mil+projects. If you are a Design/Technical Manager or an experienced Coordinator, with a proven background leading the design management on large residential projects,and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
