Building Services Manager

Are you a Building Services Manager that has had experience working within the healthcare sector on large scale projects?

We are working with a rapidly growing Main Contractor who are now establishing themselves across the UK, specifically delivering 'clean room environment' type schemes. This specific requirement will be working on a large scale hospital in Central London, the MEP value will be around c25m.

They are currently seeking a Building Services Manager that has had experience in managing design, delivery and commission of building services on either a hospital or laboratory project. You will be working with pre-construction/ and design teams but will need to have been involved with these stages before.
