**The Role:**
As the Junior Sous Chef, youll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Youll inspire, train, and motivate a talented brigade, keeping them performing at their best. Youll also play a key role in ensuring consistency in quality, from breakfast classics to diner favourites, all while maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards.

**Responsibilities:**
- Support the kitchen leadership team with menu development and kitchen operations
- Assist in leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Step up to manage kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs
- Train and develop junior staff, helping to build a strong, cohesive brigade
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, health & safety, and stock control

**About You:**
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, ideally in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Passionate about food and delivering high-quality dishes
- Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
