TD Recruitment are currently looking for experienced groundworker to work for our client in Faringdon, Oxfordshire area.

The Role

As one of the construction team’s Groundworkers you will be responsible for working on a variety of high-profile projects under the supervision of one of our site foremen so that together you ensure that projects run efficiently & effectively. You will work on projects that are predominantly equestrian and agricultural based.

Key Responsibilities

Groundworker or Digger Driver/Dumper Driver
Adhere to best working practices and industry standards.
Adhere to working instructions as specified by the company.
Maintain vehicles, plant, and equipment to the highest standard during site use.
Communicate with internal parties for project assistance.
Provide paperwork, namely timesheets and equipment inspection sheets.

Essential Skills / Experience

Must have previous groundworks experience.
Full UK Driving Licence (Max 3 points) and own transport.
Must always conduct work in a professional manner.
Flexible in approach to work.
Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Ability to work in a team towards a mutual goal.
Good communication skills.
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all clients and team members.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to maintain equipment and tools.
