Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00
Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking an Air Conditioning biased MaintenanceEngineer to work across a large Commercial portfolio in central London and around the M25. This role is focused 2 days a week working on an FM portfolio and 3 days per week doing Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance.

- Salary up to 38,000
- 1.5x/2x overtime rates
- 22 days annual leave + 8 days BH

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Building Services & AC industry, andhold at leastsomethe below qualifications:
- Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance
- 18th edition
- Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
