Due to an exciting expansion, your local Faringdon Primary School is looking for a full-time Classroom Assistant - Faringdon to join their dedicated team.

Salary: 83.50 - 90 per day (pre-tax, term time only)
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We welcome applications from both experienced Classroom Assistant - Faringdon from a special education and those from mainstream backgrounds who are passionate about supporting students with mainstream and with more complex SEND.

About the role

As a Classroom Assistant - Faringdon, you will connect directly with the wonderful West Oxfordshire pupils, helping them unlock their potential and thrive in their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organsing the KS1/KS2 learning materials and running engaging classroom activities.
  • Supporting the emotional and physical needs of students.
  • Guiding pupils with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
