Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experiencedProject Managerto join a fast-paced and innovative team in the beauty and personal care industry. This role involves managing multiple full-service projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring each is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects through the full product development lifecycle.
- Create and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are clearly communicated and met.
- Perform risk analysis and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Complete costing sheets, negotiate pricing with suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate product artwork, filling/assembly specifications, and filling trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Design, Formulation, and Engineering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients through regular meetings and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within colour cosmetics, skincare, or haircare product development.
- Solid background in health & beauty manufacturing.
- Experience managing full-service projects from design to delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
