Senior Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partneredwith an establishedmain contractor within the construction industry who are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager with strong residential project experience. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients.Project values range between 70Mil - 200m+

You will be leading the Design Management of a 150m new build residential project. You will see this through from pre-construction to completion.

As the Senior Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process from RIBA stage 4 onwards, ensuring all Design information is in accordance to regulations and client specification.

Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful 70Mil+projects. If you are a Senior Design/Technical Manager or an experienced DM/TM, with a proven background leading the design management on large residential projects,and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
