An ambitious and independent Cost and Project Management consultancy is seeking a career-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Central London team, just a stone's throw from Farringdon Station.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with a supportive team of 35 professionals, gaining exposure across a diverse and exciting project portfolio. You will be delivering both pre and post contract cost management services, alongside Contract Administration and occasional Project Management responsibilities.
Projects span across high-profile sectors, including two live theatre refurbishments, major residential developments, education schemes, and commercial office fit-outs. This varied workload offers a Quantity Surveyor the chance to broaden their skillset and make a meaningful impact from day one.
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- RICS-accredited Quantity Surveying degree
- Chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards chartership
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a cost consultancy or PQS environment
- Solid understanding of pre and post contract duties
- Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to progress
