Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E biased) to join a forward-thinking team that delivers cutting-edge power solutions. In this role, you will manage the contractual and financial aspects of complex construction projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
  • Develop tender documents and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor progress on-site and ensure adherence to budgets, specifications, and timelines.
  • Administer contracts, manage variations, and maintain detailed financial records.
  • Conduct site visits, valuations, and monthly reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
