Key Responsibilities:- Individualised Support: Work closely with Faringdon students in one-on-one and small group settings to provide tailored assistance, boosting their confidence and engagement.
- Flexible Learning Approaches: Adapt teaching materials to match each child's learning style, ensuring inclusive and accessible education.
- Classroom Collaboration: Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Experience or interest in working with children with SEN, including ADHD and autism
