We are recruiting for a qualified Accountant on behalf of a successful Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors, based in Camberley. This growing, long-established, forward-thinking firm provides high quality services to over 800 clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to large corporations.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, depending upon experience and receive an excellent benefits package, which will include some hybrid working and flexible hours. The higher end of the advertised salary would be offered to exceptional candidates with extensive experience of managing a portfolio of clients.

This award-winning accountancy practice has a low turnover of staff and there will be opportunity to progress within the firm.

As a qualified Accountant your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of accounts and corporation tax returns
  • Client portfolio management
  • Delivery of management accounts
  • Mentoring of junior team members and trainees
  • Building relationships with client and reviewing on a regular basis
  • Scope for considerable development within the role, and career progression in the practice
  • Flexibility for those who would like to assist and/or specialise in audit or tax

  • Experience gained within a UK accounting practice environment
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of accounting standards and tax matters

  • Good general IT skills and knowledge of accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving licence and able to commute to the office base in Camberley
