AJ Chambers are pleased to announce that we are working with a core client of ours whom we have worked with for multiple years now and are recruiting for a financial reporting manager to join their leatherhead office.

What will you be doing?

  • Work as part of an audit team ensuring that audit planning, fieldwork and completion is performed to a high standard
  • Planning, execution and completion of audit reporting to seniors but also to managers for lower risk audits
  • Preparation of accounts, reports and other assignments as required
  • Communicating and building relationships with clients
  • Lead onsite audit teams
  • Completing jobs with minimal supervision, to deadlines and within budget
  • Promote the firm and additional products offered by the firm.
  • Develop and supervise juniors/trainees
  • Travelling between various offices and client sites.

Your qualifications/attributes?

  • Studying towards ACCA/ACA qualification
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with Microsoft office applications
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and auditing concepts and aware of own limitations
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a practice
