Description
- Lead the month-end close process and deliver accurate management accounts to ensure the business receives insightful financial information in a timely manner
- Perform the more technical aspects of month end including complex revenue recognition
- Support the Financial Controller with year-end compliance tasks, including audit and IFRS statutory accounts reviews
- Support the Financial Controller and external tax advisors with tax-related reporting, such as claims, tax credits and VAT returns
- Act as a Finance Business Partner for a selection of our Studios and Head Office teams
- Play a lead role in the annual budgeting and internal forecasting processes
- Support the Head of Finance and Financial Controller with ad hoc queries, analysis and process improvement initiatives
Profile
- Experience within a similar role
- Studying towards an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical with good attention to detail
Job Offer
Financial Accountant (part-qualified)
Salary up to £55,000
