Financial Controller

Your new companyAn exceptional role for a progressive accountant seeking their first move into a Controllership role as a number 2 in finance.Your new roleYou will take the lead on the preparation of the monthly management accounts whilst overseeing the balance sheet and P&L for the business. You will ensure that the organisation complies with its statutory obligations, including all VAT returns. You will assist with the management of cash flow, whilst providing commentary and insights which drives decisions at a board level. In addition, you will work on a range of projects which drive continuous improvement in order to improve the delivery of management information through operations. This role is well positioned for an ambitious accountant seeking a step-up into their first Controllership role.
