- Bookkeeping – using various software such as Xero and Sage 50
- VAT returns – preparation and submission to HMRC
- Accounts preparation for sole traders and limited companies
- Involvement in statutory and voluntary audits of limited companies and other entities
- Dealing with client queries
- You will develop your skills by gaining practical experience and through studying the many aspects of accountancy.
- A recent, relevant degree
- Good G.C.S.E. and ideally A Level results and degree education if looking to pursue the ACA position
- Good mathematical ability
- Accurate and keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Good time management and the ability to balance work alongside college studies
- Able to work in an office-based role in Camberley, and attend college course in Reading
