Description
- Develop and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements.
- Perform regular financial analysis and present findings to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Work closely with the accounting team to streamline financial operations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Identify potential areas of cost-reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in strategic planning based on financial data.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with financial data privacy standards.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, with an ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
