As Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end tender process within our clients established team. You will be responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of tender submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting business development efforts. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Title: Contract Administrator

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Location: Camberley

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire tender process from identification to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements
  • Prepare, review, and organise all tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant guidelines
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and client requirements to ensure all tender submissions meet the necessary standards
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather information for tender submissions
  • Conduct thorough reviews of tender responses to ensure they align with the company's standards and showcase our capabilities effectively
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners involved in the tender process

Skills and experience:

  • Strong attention to detail to adhere to compliance requirements
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines but equally enthusiastic to complete lengthy tender processes
