Our Client is currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a sales team with a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and preparing sales reports.

  • Update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.

  • Respond to customer enquiries and offer support via email and phone.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and sales presentations.

  • Prepare and proofread sales-related documents, proposals, and presentations.

  • Track and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Manage inventory of sales materials and promotional items.

  • Support with organising events, product launches, and customer visits.

  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
