Our Client is currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting a sales team with a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and preparing sales reports.

Update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.

Respond to customer enquiries and offer support via email and phone.

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and sales presentations.

Prepare and proofread sales-related documents, proposals, and presentations.

Track and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Manage inventory of sales materials and promotional items.

Support with organising events, product launches, and customer visits.

Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
Key Requirements:
-
Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

A proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
