- Build and maintain a deep understanding of key industries to provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end account management process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to project delivery.
- Use data and insights to inform sales strategies and optimise client outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing its reputation as a market leader.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service excellence.
- At least two years of experience in a similar account management or sales role, ideally within events or hospitality.
- An outgoing, confident and professional sales person, with the ability to keep rapport up in all circumstances.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering results.
- Self-motivated, and competitive, with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience negotiating contracts and delivering client solutions at a senior level.
