  • Achieve agreed annual sales targets by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the UK and internationally to enhance the company’s market position.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of key industries to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end account management process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to project delivery.
  • Use data and insights to inform sales strategies and optimise client outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing its reputation as a market leader.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service excellence.
What We’re Looking For!
  • At least two years of experience in a similar account management or sales role, ideally within events or hospitality. 
  • An outgoing, confident and professional sales person, with the ability to keep rapport up in all circumstances.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering results.
  • Self-motivated, and competitive, with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and delivering client solutions at a senior level.
