Role Description:

Conducting and participating in key milestone reviews: EQSR, MPCB, PCB, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, CST, DRB etc. in both supplier and customer facing roles.

Generation and releasing of PA documentation in line with project quality requirements - establishing PA Processes in line with the company's growth strategy.

Negotiating and managing the PA requirements for contracts, and the necessary flow downs to suppliers.

Ensuring material and parts are procured in accordance to the contractual PA requirements.

PA supplier management, including the verification and validation of the sub-contractor's compliance to the programme PA requirements, in addition to facilitating the approval process of sub-contractor's materials, parts and processes.

Chair customer-facing Major Non-conformance review boards at project level and support the project teams in effective, pragmatic and appropriate resolution of the issues.

Responsible for managing Non-Conformance Reports and Request for Deviations/Waivers both supplierfacing and customer-facing at project level.

Generate and review of End Item Data packs (EIDP), raising and handling of review item discrepancies (RIDs), participation at reviews and supporting the programme teams in determining an appropriate review outcome.

Support mandatory inspection points (MIPs) and Key Inspection Points (KIPs) for customer & supplier hardware as required. * Raise and manage project level RFDs.

Expedite processing approvals of supplier EEE parts and associated parts approval documents with the support of the engineering team.

Regular reporting (internal and external) of quality issues through the Project Manager, highlighting where necessary an accurate assessment of risks and issues, along with mitigation strategies. Job Description for Nammo UK Product Assurance Engineer 2/2

Experience Required -

BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or Physical Science with 3+ years' experience in Product Assurance, preferably in Space Sector.

Must have working knowledge of the design, manufacture, of components and systems ideally in the space sector.

Excellent people management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all stakeholders - able to motivate and influence individuals, and the team, in order to deliver projects against the specific customer PA requirements.

Good written, interpersonal and customer presentation skills.

Able to be proactive, pragmatic and work under own initiative.

Experience of working to ECSS standards, would be advantageous.

Experience / working knowledge of EEE Components or Materials & Processes would be advantageous.

Experience in a project led design and development environment is desirable.

Highly organised; good project / time management skills and ability to deliver actions on time.

Experience in the implementation and/or management of Product and Service Quality Planning, Process Control Tools, Quality Systems, and Project Management
