I am looking for a talented Architect with excellent technical abilities to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Farnborough. The friendly team has projects across the residential and commercial sectors and always create designs with sustainability in mind. The team have a range of exciting projects on the horizon and are excited to welcome an Architect to the team.

The successful Architect will have sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification and will have the drive to progress and develop their career. You'll be forward-thinking, with excellent technical and design skills. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registration (or actively working towards completion)
  • Significant experience within a UK-based architectural practice, post qualification
  • Collaborate with clients to produce designs that exceed expectations
  • Contribute to all RIBA project stages with guidance from senior team members
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations, construction systems, and methods
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated expertise in design and technical detailing
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable
