My client is an award winning, Legal 500 ranked, full service law firm offering legal advice to UK and international businesses as well as individuals and families. They are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their busy team. The main purpose of the role is to assist in the processing of all monies in, and payments out of their Escrow client account.

Responsibilities:-
  • Process accounts and manage incoming payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Follow the Escrow manual processes for clients.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
  • Conduct client onboarding, including Know Your Client (KYC) and anti-money laundering checks.
  • Reconcile the funds received ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing or stock issues for clients.
  • liaise with main clients on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills along with hands-on experience with spreadsheets and software. You must be customer focused with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A background in financial services is preferred but not essential.
