Admin Team Manager

Location: Farnborough
Salary: 35,000 + Benefits

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm

My client who are based in Farnborough recruiting for an Admin Team Manager to lead a team of administrators within a legal environment. You will be responsible for providing guidance to the team and lead the administrative functions. To apply for this role you will need experience managing a team of professionals in an office based environment.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of agenda, minutes and data for departmental meetings.

Diary management and scheduling for HOD.

Assistance with processing complaints.

Gathering all Fee Earners updated billing information in preparation for the billing cycle.

Liaising with Accounts in respect of all data, to include forecasts and billing (where applicable)

To carry out administration meetings and feedback to HOD.

Lead departmental business development meetings on a monthly basis and feedback to HOD and Business Relationships Manager.

Assist with the department objective to reduce aged debt and work with fee earners to resolve.

Ensure WIP remains accurate and write off where required.

Working with all support staff to ensure that files are being actively closed and archived.

Assistance with answering incoming calls.

Assist the HOD in implementing department-wide projects and initiatives.

Conduct audits of information held on internal systems.

Adhere to internal and external compliance requirements.

Identify and suggest areas for improvement, such as efficiencies to be made to existing processes

Provide general administrative support for the HOD and Employment team where required.

Perform ad hoc assistant duties needed across the department when required, including holiday cover.

Provide updates on billing

Perform the Compliance Ambassador role.
