Our fantastic client is looking for an Energy Services Manager to provide an amazing first class service to all existing and new clients as well as lead and manage a small procurement team. The role is hybrid with around 2 days a week required in the offices near Camberley. The salary is up to £55K for the right candidate.This position reports to the Service Delivery Associate Director and will be responsible for the following tasks:-Establish and manage supplier relationships.-Manage all complaints raised within SLA and in-line with the agreed process.-Report on opportunities for improvements to the Senior Management Team.-Manage team service delivery against internal and external KPIs.-Report on team wide risks to Senior Management Team and proposed solutions for sign off and implementation deadlines.-Account management of a portfolio of Utility clients.-Support the wider business with on-boarding new clients and supplies.-Supervise, train and guide team members.Your performance measures will include performance against delivery SLA's as well as accuracy of internal system updates and contract delivery.In order to be considered for the role you must have experience of people management and have experience within the Energy sector ideally in a similar position.In return you will receive some fantastic benefits such as 25 days holiday, your birthday off, Access to wellbeing programmes via Perkbox, free flu jabs, on site parking, casual business dress and enhanced sick pay.If this sounds like an amazing opportunity for you then please don't hesitate and apply now!
