Technical Facilities Supervisor
Location: Corsham or Farnborough
Reporting to: Facilities Manager
About the Role
Are you passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring the seamless operation of facilities? We are seeking a dedicated Technical Facilities Supervisor to support our dynamic Technical Facilities team. This role is pivotal in upholding the aesthetic, functional, and operational standards across the campus while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all staff, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Facilities Supervisor, you will:

  • Assist the Facilities Manager in day-to-day campus operations, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Perform inspections across the campus, monitoring building standards, contractor activities, and health and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate front-of-house and housekeeping activities, ensuring office spaces, meeting rooms, and shared areas meet expectations.
  • Conduct routine cleaning audits and inspections, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors and contractors, ensuring their smooth integration into the campus environment.
  • Identify maintenance or repair needs and report them promptly.
  • Support emergency response tasks and ensure safe working practices are upheld by contractors.


What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members, clients, and contractors.
  • A detail-oriented approach, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Basic knowledge of facilities management and data centre operations (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills to maintain records, schedules, and inspection reports.
  • A proactive, inquisitive attitude with a willingness to learn and tackle practical challenges.


Essential Requirements

  • GCSE-level qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective time management and communication skills.


Desirable (but not essential):

  • A clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
