As part of their ongoing expansion, our client, an award-winning used car supermarket requires a new team of Car Sales Executives to work in their new Flagship site based in Camberley.

The sales team will comprise circa 50 staff members, with a mixture of experienced sales executives and fresh blood to the industry, therefore we are happy to consider candidates who would like a career in the motor trade but only have experience in customer-facing roles (customer service/sales).

This is an incredibly exciting time to join as this is a brand new, fresh start dealership that you could really make a mark on! The company has a car for every type of person so a car can be sold to the whole of the market.

What do you need?

If you can upsell, have a passion for cars and a flair for customer service, you could become a fantastic Sales Executive.

To be successful in this role, you will love working in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment and have the drive to meet sales targets. To be considered as a Sales Executives, you must have:

  • Proven experience working in a sales or customer-facing role (not necessarily selling cars)
  • Ability to work in a busy working environment
  • A full UK driving licence

Pay and Hours:

  • Salary: £18,000 pa (basic) plus generous commission scheme, £60,000 per annum OTE
  • Top earners are earning closer to £100k per annum.
  • Week 1: 5 days per week
  • Week 2: 4 days per week, you will work every Saturday and Sunday, these are our clients'busiest days so you will earn the best commission!
  • Monday to Friday -10am-9pm
  • Saturday and Sunday Hours 8:30-6pm
