We are inviting a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join a leading specialist restoration company. This full-time field-based role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels in sales and building client relationships. You will be pivotal in conducting site surveys, understanding client needs, and driving sales performance, with a component of project management for intricate projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Carry out site surveys to evaluate client requirements and propose bespoke solutions.
  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to discuss their restoration requirements and provide expert advice.
  • Strive to achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
  • Oversee project timelines and work in conjunction with the operations team on complex projects.
  • Employ CRM software to track sales opportunities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to potential clients.
  • Travel to various locations within and around the London area as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or a relevant field.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; experience with Mac is beneficial.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required.
