JOB - Global Sales Manager
LOCATION - Remote (preferably Hampshire surroundings, but not essential)
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £80,000-£100,000plus bonus and benefits

My client specializes in providing advanced sonar and acoustic technologies to global markets. They are seeking a motivated Global Sales Manager to drive worldwide sales, focusing on Marine Technology products and supporting regional sales teams and reseller networks. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in achieving sales targets in global markets.

The Global Sales Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

  • Technical background, ideally HNC/HND qualified or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience in global sales, preferably with sonar and acoustic technologies
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with resellers and remote teams
  • Strategic mindset and ability to gather market intelligence

The Global Sales Manager role will involve:

  • Driving global sales across a range of technical products.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
