Are you a fantastic Marketing Manager looking to work for an exciting growing business? Are you experienced in managing multi channel marketing campaigns? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

Our client is seeking a new Marketing Manager to join their expanding team based in Farnborough. You will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the brand visibility, drive client acquisition, and support business goals. You will work with Head of Department's to create campaigns and develop engaging content whilst managing digital channels and analysing marketing performance. You will have an established background in marketing and bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to the role.

This is a fully office based role working Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. The salary for this role is up to £65,000 plus an impressive bonus scheme.

Main responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach new clients, and support client retention.
  • Coordinate with HoD’s to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts to various legal services
  • Manage and oversee content creation for website, social media, blog posts, newsletters, and client communications.
  • Maintain the firm’s editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content across all channels.
  • Manage the firm's online reputation and ensure consistent, professional brand representation on all platforms
  • Monitor and analyse digital metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversions. Use data to make informed decisions and enhance strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and client touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships, including targeted client communications and outreach programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage client events, webinars, and conferences to enhance the firm’s visibility and foster networking opportunities.
  • Provide insights to the Strategy board on market positioning and recommend new marketing initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Manage team of Marketing Assistants and Executives.

Skills required for the Marketing Manager role:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
  • High levels of creativity and strategic thinking
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
