They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their strategic marketing efforts, drive brand visibility, and support client acquisition. The Opportunity:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Content Development & Management:

  • Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

  • Optimise digital presence through SEO, SEM, and social media engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to improve ROI.

Brand Development & Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and client touchpoints.
  • Work with suppliers to produce high-quality collateral aligned with the firm’s image.

Client Engagement & Events:

  • Enhance client relationships through targeted communications and engagement strategies.
  • Organise and manage events, webinars, and conferences.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Team Management & CSR:

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals based in the UK and internationally.
  • Actively participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve results.
