Product Manager for non-core server/storage/power for Hitachi Vantara, NetApp, Super Micro & Vertiv

Job Summary:The Product Manager is responsible for the overall management and development of assigned brand(s) across multiple regions. This role focuses on expanding market presence, managing and recruiting strategic partners, and driving the success of products in targeted markets. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain high levels of partner satisfaction, and optimize brand execution and sales strategies across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the brand(s) across all target regions.
  • Drive product success through market expansion by managing current partners and recruiting new ones.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners, providing commercial and sales support.
  • Ensure alignment with the business model and adhere to its execution.
  • Identify and recommend business opportunities to drive sales and increase margins.
  • Develop and present an annual Brand Plan for integration into the company’s Strategic and Operating Plans.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing and advertising plans in line with brand strategies.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to organize and track events in accordance with brand plans.
  • Deploy sales enablement tools and processes to support recruitment, development, and customer retention.
  • Ensure alignment with technical certification requirements set by vendors.
  • Share best practices to improve brand execution and effectiveness across entities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Presales, Technical Support, Order Processing) to achieve common goals.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with strategic partners and customers to maximize satisfaction.
  • Support partners’ sales teams to optimize brand positioning.
  • Track and ensure compliance with vendor programs.
  • Manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure brand goals are met.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and forecast local customer campaigns.

Deliverables:

  • Annual Business and Brand/Solutions Plan
  • Supplier Mapped Brand/Solution Plan
  • Yearly manpower plan
  • Bi-weekly sales calls
  • Monthly brand/solution forecasts for key entities

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related technical field
  • Product Management experience, with solution training or certification preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, marketing, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in English; French is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in multicultural environments
  • Proficient in MS Office and related software applications
  • French or Portugeuse speaker advantageous
